It’s quite incredible that a decade has already passed since the Twin Towers crumbled under the weight of a terrorist attack in New York City.  Much has changed on a macro level (in terms of security in the US and abroad, unnecessary wars, to name a few) and on a micro level as it relates to the impact of this one day on individual lives.

In her column, Forever Changed by Extremism, Janet Gerardo describes how the events of that fateful day continue to affect her life.

For a movie that presents a touching account of that day that we can all relate to, directly or indirectly, check out Remember Me.

Can you recall where you were on 9/11?  How has it affected your life?
