Berries. Raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and plums are chock full of antioxidants which help protect your skin from free radicals. They absorb pesticides easily so be sure to get organic.
Salmon. One of the healthiest fishes for your body overall, salmon is full of Omega 3 and Omega 6. Farm raised fish provides you with less of these nutrients so try to eat wild salmon. If you don’t like fish, try flaxseeds or walnuts.
Green Tea. This wonder tea hydrates your body while delivering antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.
Water. It is absolutely free and flushes toxins out of your system. Be sure to drink it straight as soda and coffee are dehydrating.
Almonds. Stuffed full of vitamin E so your skin will be moisturized from the inside out.
